We have some color photos of the 70ies. Most of them are badly weathered.
Here are the best, after some color correction.
In 1976 Edessa started flying with a Roda and two Cavkas. Here they are. The ASK-13 of Athens is also present in the background. The sandstorm is caused by the towplane. (Photo by G.Ioannou).

1977 in Tatoi, I.Siniosoglou was trained as Edessa's first instructor. With V.Katiniotis and C.Pikros they stand in front of the ASK-13 (Photo by V.Katiniotis)
1980 in Edessa during the 1st national school, the tow plane was sent from Athens to help with the training. The blue water in the background is not the sea. The airstrip is near a lake at 550 m ASL.
Students of the 1st national school. A.Kaltsas (Agrinio), P.Papazois (Ioannina), N.Angelopoulos (Arginio), P.Kalogiannis (Komotini), C.Pikros (instructor), D.Tzomakas (Ioannina)

A rare color picture of the Cavka in Edessa Aeroclub. (This photo by C.Pikros is widely used in the Internet)

Two Mosquito sailplanes have been bought in 1978 to take part in the Balkan air games. (Photo from P.Kalogerakos archive).
The Mosquito on tow. The photos and the blending has been done in the 80ies by D.Grifsias (there was no computer then, to do the job).
In 1980 two "Jantar Standard" sailplanes were bought. In this 1984 photo C.Pikros is testing his new gadget: a telecontroled camera with a special stand to be mounted on the wing tip. Telecontrol was by cable, taped under the wing. That was probably the first application of turbulators.
Dinos Augerinos is testing the same gadget on his DG-100.
